Our dream invite? Not quite.

At first, Jof and I decided to make use of the concept of movie posters as our invite.  We wanted to make use a pre-nup shot of us to immediately convey our theme - Venetian Carnivale.  The entourage will be the "credits" part of the poster.

But after racking our brains if all the lolos and lolas will be able to read the small print cos of our big entourage, incorporating the map fitting almost the whole metro (San Juan to Roxas Boulevard) and the nightmare of shipping all of it within Metro Manila and to the U.S., we finally decided to forego the poster idea.  Sad.

Now, we're using letterpress invites.  We're still thinking of how to inject some creativity to this formal execution.  I fell inlove with some samples while browsing through the Martha Stewart Weddings magazine.  Sadly, all the suppliers are U.S. based.  It's kinda hard not seeing everything in person if we have the invites printed there.

Good thing I stumbled upon Twenty O Four, a letterpress printing company in Cebu.  They have fantastic and elegant patterns.  The owner even went through the hassle of having samples sent cos I asked if I could see the printing and the gsm of the paper.  Soo nice!  Highly recommended supplier.  You can check out their stuff in twentyofour.multiply.com.
